TuoTuo Technology, an SIP-based company, displayed cutting-edge optical devices, including maskless UV lithography systems and wafer inspection microscopes.
XFNANO, a company based in Nanjing, capital of East China’s Jiangsu province, highlighted industrial-grade graphene and carbon nanotubes for conductivity and thermal solutions.
Suzhou New Dimension Nano Technologies Co Ltd, another company from SIP, introduced its full-chain services for nanofabrication—from R&D to mass production.
New frontiers like AI and embodied intelligence also took center stage. Interactive robots drew crowds with handshakes and high-fives, and a naked-eye 3D holographic display using third-generation semiconductor materials became a standout attraction.
