SIP HR Managers Association held a meeting on Jan 28, looking back on its work in 2025 and celebrating the 20th anniversary of its founding.
The event commenced with the 2025 work report and 2026 work plan presented by the association’s president Zhang Xiaoguang. The report highlighted the association’s achievements in serving members and driving the development of HR industry over the past year, and outlined clear goals and strategies for the upcoming phase.
The new specialized committees for high-end equipment manufacturing talent and new-generation information technology talent were established.
The event included a special sharing session featuring heartfelt stories from the association’s first secretary general and member representatives. They recounted the association’s growth, underscoring its enduring role in uniting the HR industry and fostering exchanges among HR professionals.
The participants also shared their opinions on the key words in the HR sector in 2025.
